The standard rental includes four hours of event time along with two hours of setup and one hour for break down and clean up. Additional event hours may be purchased, as well as additional time for setup.
As an outdoor facility Skyline Terrace is subject to weather related occurrences. It is the responsibility of the client to formulate a backup plan in case of inclement weather. If an event is cancelled prior to 48 hours from the scheduled start of the event, a refund equal to 50 percent of the security deposit, minus any expenses incurred by Skyline Terrace, will be applicable. If you book another event within 12 months from the date of cancellation, the retained portion of the security deposit will be applied toward the new event.
Catering is not in-house but we can provide a recommended vendor list. All catering companies must be fully bonded and licensed. The client is responsible for providing Skyline Terrace with proof of catering license. We can also recommend vendors for entertainment, florals and decorations, photographers and just about anything else you might need for your event.
Any items or amenities other than what is listed in the packages would need to be obtained through an outside vendor.
Nothing may be attached to the space or any other area without permission from the Events Director, Food/Beverage Manager or General Manager. All decorations must be approved by a Skyline Terrace representative.
The venue is situated above a parking deck. All events held at Skyline Terrace will have direct access to the parking deck.

There is not a designated coat room, but Skyline Terrace can provide a coat rack in the entrance for guests' coats for an additional charge at the client's request.
There will be a representative of Skyline Terrace present before, during and after all events.
At this time security is only provided for the apartment complex, which has no direct correlation with Skyline Terrace. If needed, however, we can contract for security.
The venue has an elevator up to Skyline Terrace.
While there is no designated dance floor, a dance space can be created by strategically positioning cocktail tables to outline the space. If you would prefer to rent a dance floor, however, one may be rented through a local rental company. There is ample space on the Terrace for live music, DJs and other entertainment or bands.
